Firstly I would like to thank Hamid for his time and efforts he has put into my journey. I've never been the most proactive throughout life however I've had my stages and in the last 4 years Hamid has been there to pick me up and motivate myself and health goals. Like a few people out there IVe had challenges with Medication to support my breathing conditions which has caused me differculty in overcoming a mental barrier. However Hamid was there back and forth to guide me into a healthly balanced diet and routine exercise ( circuits and compound training ) which lead to me loosing over 4 stones and keeping the weight off!!! How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
keep things simple, everything leads back to your mindset. Without a positive mindset nothing gets achieved! I set simple yet effective goals whilst keeping out any other unnecessary noise. Your small goals then lead to bigger goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
1. Mind set 2. nutrition 3. exercise. First mind set, not having rigid diet. too many fad information on nutrition. one shoe doesn't fit all. Flexible diet can keep yourself on track for long term. short term diets can boost instant changes.
What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy meeting new people & hearing their story. Nothing beats witnessing & being a part of my clients growth. I’m truly a people person so feel extremely grateful to love my job the way I do!
What inspired you to start your own business?
The passion of fitness and playing sports is my first love. The imagination of turning it from a hobby into business is a dream come true. Changing people lives gives me all the passion i need. I’m in the business of permanent, not temporary results. Giving you the all tools of not needing my services, what separate me from the rest.!

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I sterilise all of my equipment after each use. I regularly check all current government guidelines & follow all safety advice - whether this be a socially distanced session outdoors or virtually online.
