It is a monthly subscription based service.
You will receive a training program every 4-8 weeks (depending on your goals and choice) and within those weeks you will get appropriate exercise progressions. The training will include: reps, sets, rest, videos and will have a space for you to comment and send videos and for me to reply and send videos. The training will be designed completely around your goals and lifestyle (including length of workout, equipment available (at home or gym workouts
