We are a small artisan bakery that specialises in bread, savoury and sweet pastries, filled sandwiches.
Our sourdough breads are made with real fermentation techniques, no added yeast or sugars. We can provide a selection of cold sandwiches using sourdough, focaccia or bagels - salt beef bagels are our favourite!
Plus, we got you covered for pastries, sweet or savoury.

I don't even know where to begin about Helen. she is AMAZING! Since the first day we contact we knew we found the right person for our day. She is kind, personable, makes you feel relaxed, takes her time to do the right thing ..I could go on and on. We had some struggles since both our families are split so then tension was definitely felt on the day of but she when above and beyond to make everyone feel comfortable, and stayed positive. Wow just wow! I never write reviews but had to find the FB page just so I could write this. Best vegan pasty I’ve ever had. 12/10 for sure. Focaccia-based sandwiches - salt beef, smoked salmon, NY deli or veg pesto are our top selling sandwiches!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We take into consideration all dietary requirements and the party specifications (casual, corporate, family event...)
What do you love most about your job?
Feeding happiness through our baked goods. Our customers are happy all the time because we keep them fed with great bread and delicious sweet treats.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Covid-19. I was made redundant from my job as head chef and couldn't not face staying home all day doing nothing. So I decided to challenge myself by making bread and enjoyed it so much that wanted to have my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we only produce the best quality sourdough breads, and are firm believers of the real bread campaign. We do everything in house and work to achieve the best quality artisan products.
