well....conor is more than a taxi driver...hes a comic...a story teller...a life saver! he had party vibes with the lights as we set off on our usa trip. .a draw full of snacks...he shared great stories and the kids loved him. When we came back to the Uk ...the comfy seats and low lights were just what we needed to get make us feel welcomed back home. Deffo recommend...and deffo see you again! Connor is fab!! 5 stars! We were picked up from Birmingham Airport by Connor after a late night flight. It took all the stress out of getting home. We were offered a cold drink which was welcomed after a long flight. It was so nice to not have the stress of driving home after a flight. It was a comfortable and relaxing journey home. We will definitely use East Midlands Luxury Transfers again. Highly recommend. I used Connor for a return trip to Birmingham airport. We agreed pick up times and he arrived promptly, he looked very smart / professional. The vehicle was stunning lots of room/ space, very clean we were offered water and snacks for our journey. (Both ways) it was great not to have to park our car, dropped off 2mins from the departures entrance. On the return trip he was waiting for us in the terminal, he took our bags and loaded the transit. My husband was able to have a beer or 2 on the flight back which was a novelty for him as he would normally drive. I would definitely recommend this service it makes for a great start to a holiday and is the way forward for us. Thankyou Connor I look forward to utilising your services in the near future. More...

What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to safely delivery my passengers to their destination, meeting new people and seeing how much people enjoy the journey in my vehicle.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I decided to start my own business after leaving the police force. It has offered me a new sense of flexibility and a better balance of work and family life.
Why should our clients choose you?
I set my business up with the main aim to be customer comfort and satisfaction. I have been trained to highest level of driving qualifications within the police and I am confident that I can use that experience to delivery my passengers safely to their destination.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The vehicle is cleaned in between all journeys to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation for our customers peace of mind.
