I have worked in gyms, instructed group classes & personal trained clients for over 23 years. In my mid 20's I began DGF Training where the focus is form when preforming an exercise which has seen clients achieve their goals.

Doing something I've had a passion for from young. I was naturally active and quite a handful to get too sit still. Being able to inspire people to be active feels like it was something I was born to do.

After 12 years of working in gyms, personal training and instructing classes I felt I could do it myself. All I need to do is advertise and people will come. I have never looked back.

*Cardio - all exercises focus on the heart, lungs and circulation to improve things like your resting heart rate and efficiency of oxygen to muscle transfer.

*HIIT - full body workout. Great for weight loss, strength and toning.

*Core Stability - using a gym ball to test your balance safely and effectively (gym ball is required). Low impact and great for improving lower back problems

*Miniband - incorporating looped resistance bands in a lower body and abdominal workout. (miniband is required).

All equipment can be supplied by DGF Training for your workout.

Whether in our old street private gym, outside or online DGF Training will assist in you achieving your goal.

3, 5 and 12 week bespoke programs available.

Drop in sessions for those who only want to improve form and technique of specific exercises.
