I offer a personal service of homemade local produce to cater for different types of functions from office canapé /buffets to hot buffets. My speciality is hog roasts. I have a top of the range hogmaster which is great for cooking a whole pig which can feed up to 200 people.

This was for my Mums wake, and it couldn’t of gone nicer especially with Denise’s Country Catering. Absolutely Fantastic, Denise is one of the best caters I have used, the food was amazing, the service they provided was A++
Everyone was complimenting on the food and how good it looked and tasted and it was always topped up. Denise and her husband served the drinks and were so nice and friendly and very professional.

What’s your signature dish?
Hog roasts with my hogmaster oven. I also specialise in desserts and cakes.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Just asking them what they would like and doing it . Simple.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking and working with people to create a wonderful experience and seeing everybody happy and satisfied.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been in catering ever since I left school. Soon decided to start my own company.
Why should our clients choose you?
I'm very competitive as I have no overheads as I work from home and it's a family run business so we very rarely need extra staff.
