How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
By catering to all fitness levels, offering variety, establishing goals, creating a plan and finding that perfect balance between hard work and having a bit of a laugh along the way!
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Finding what you enjoy, or drives you, and tailoring your workouts to align with this. Often this leads people to treat their fitness journey as more of a lifestyle, as opposed to a chore.
What do you love most about your job?
Noticing a client’s progression. Weather it be achieving that first pull up, hitting a new PB, increased confidence, improved fitness levels, noticeable muscle growth/definition, and one of my favourites being just more overall happiness in life. I love seeing all of these things in my clients, but it makes me even happier seeing when they notice it in themselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
Trust me, I want to enjoy the sessions just as much as you do, so if I’ve got anything to do with it, boredom won’t be an issue!
You’re going to be pushed. It’s too much of a nice feeling to see my client reach goals, for me not to push them to get there.
I understand everyone has different capabilities and preferences, so this is why a plan unique to each client is so important.

Online:
-Initial video consultation
-Workout plans with video demos sent through.
-Ongoing commutation throughout the training plan.
-End of the month video call to review workout and discuss plan moving forward into the next month.
PT Sessions:
