I have now been working with Andrea for the last six months and I must say, it has been an excellent experience!
I have worked with other personal trainers but Andrea's training feels much much more personalised.
She listens to your concerns and goals (both short and long term) and tailors a long term plan to address everything.
Not only do you have interactions with her on training days, but she will also ensure to follow up on the days after to see how you are feeling both physically and mentally.
Andrea takes a holistic approach with her training and looks into all aspects of health. She gives fantastic advice about diet, lifestyle, sleep and ensures to follow this up with a structured and achievable plan.
It is so clear that Andrea is very knowledgeable in her field and when carrying out or suggesting certain exercises/practises, she explains why it is beneficial using reliable information.
I also have to say, her emails are always super comprehensive and informative! I always enjoy reading them to see how I am progressing and how I can work on improving.
You can always go to her with any concerns regarding health or training and you can rely on her to come back with a very thorough response.
She is also very trust worthy and accommodating; I am a Muslim woman and Andrea puts so much effort and thought into what is important to me in terms of privacy as well as beliefs. This is something that I appreciate very much.
If you want a personal trainer to help you realise and maintain you goals, going to Andrea would definitely be a great step.

Personal Trainers

I started with Andrea during my 2nd trimester having done no exercise previously. Andrea is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the female body. I was comfortable with asking questions whilst doing the exercise which was tailored to my pregnancy and how I felt. Another great aspect is that Andrea comes on time to your home which just makes my life easier.

Andrea routinely sends email updates after each session with a reminder of what we went through, why we did what we did and tips and reminders for the week. This is very useful and she also texts to check how you are feeling. I'm someone that needs this otherwise I won't get any exercise done.

We did cardio, stretching, breathing exercises and pelvic floor exercises. I can't thank Andrea enough for how much she has helped with keeping me fit during my pregnancy. My plan is to continue with Andrea right until the baby decides to come out and after some rest I will continue with Andrea!

Andrea is an excellent PT who takes pride with her job. She is positive and friendly but very professional in what she’s doing with lots of knowledge which updates regularly completing additional courses and trainings herself. To design a Personal Training Programme, I'm using the OPT model (Optimum Performance Training Model - phase of Stabilisation, Strength, Power ).
The programme will be tailored to your preferences and needs in order to achieve YOUR GOALS, including: weight loss, reduce body fat, and gain lean muscle, improve muscular and cardiovascular endurance, maintain your current fitness level, build up strength prior to pregnancy, during your pregnancy, or after giving birth, to be able to do day-to-day activities, to learn how to perform the movements safely and correctly, to learn about a healthy and balanced diet, so your body works effectively.
The results of the consultation and assessment will be reflected in the programme.

The more I learn about you, the easier and more accurate a PT programme I can design for you going forward.
The important will be discussed:
- Medical history, recent illnesses and injuries
- Lifestyle factors
- Physical activity and exercise history
- Physical activity (likes/dislikes)
- Motivation and barriers to participation
- Stage of readiness based on current fitness level
- Posture and alignment
- Functional mobility
- Dietary intake, habits
