I have trained with Christian for five years plus and he is a world-class trainer and expert on nutrition and fitness. On top of his expertise and professionalism, he is always looking to help me improve and draws from a deep pool of knowledge backed by science and research. His advice never fails to resolve whatever problem I am having, whether it be nutrition, fitness, or even life-related.

He is always on time, consistently brings a positive attitude, and makes sure that form is proper to prevent injuries while helping me accomplish whatever goals I am having at that time (e.g. muscle building, fat loss).

Training with Christian is always a pleasure and he makes sure that I hit my goals safely, effectively, and efficiently.

On top of all this, his gym is world-class with the best equipment there is, and comfortable to train in.

Christian is like no other trainer I worked with in the past. He is so attentive and watches closely every move and corrects the form right away if it's not right. I found that strength training is the best for my age. I got not only stronger but more balanced and more even on both sides (I didn't know that I had this imbalance). I don't need to see my osteopath anymore. His full body assessment was so detailed and informative and showed all parts of my body that needed more attention and which muscles to be strengthened. As a Muscle Systems Specialist my job is to help you manage the health of your muscular system using exercise that we objectively determine to be most appropriate for you and your body. My goal is to help my clients feel their best, move without pain, and reach their desired fitness goals as efficiently as possible.

1) Become it: Believe that you can and adopt the identity and lifestyle habits of the person who has the body you want. Think, feel and act how you will inevitably think feel and act once you have reached your goal.
2) Commit yourself to your health. Meaning that your health becomes a priority for you.
3) If you don't know how, learn from someone who can show you.

I love building relationships with my clients, seeing them progress, and sharing what I am most passionate about.

I wanted to bring all the bits and pieces that I learned over the course of my career at various gyms, through certifications, and through my experience together to help people in the best way that I have learned how.

To create a safe, comfortable, non-competitive, non-judgmental exercise environment for my clients.

I'm an advocate for my clients. I take what I do seriously and I put a lot of my time and energy into creating the best exercise experience that I can for my clients.

I can if necessary, however I prefer in-person because the work that we do together in this setting can be customized to a much higher degree and we can accomplish more with our time together.

We allow 15min between each session for cleaning of the space. We have an air filter, a defuser and we use high quality cleaning products (Benefect) to clean our equipment and space.

I use a variety of detailed assessments that allow me to determine which specific areas of your body are in need of greater motor control, mobility, and biological symmetry and then determine how to best address these areas so that you can move, feel your best and engage in exercise in the safest way possible.
