Our services specialize in helping you adopt exercise into your lifestyle in a non-intimidating, manageable and sustainable way. We focus on knowing who you are and what you want to achieve so we can develop a personalized plan that meets your needs. As professional exercise therapists and coaches, we’re trained and skilled at working with medical considerations and all fitness abilities.

We also believe in exercise as preventative medicine. Exercise can allow us to live life longer and more fully. Overtime you’ll be amazed at how exercise can change our mindset, how we challenge ourselves and build resilience against life’s struggles.

Run Tempo Fit in an in-person and/or online professional run coaching program that delivers expert run coaching expertise with sports psychology.

1. Run Tempo Fit is not a performance based running group. Of course we set goals because goal setting can encourage motivation and direction. But our focus is prioritizing feeling our best, support and encouragement, and making each experience as enjoyable as possible. (This requires cultivating a culture that encourages these values and developing a personal mastery based mindset).

2. Run Tempo Fit is about supporting you through professional education, professional resource networks, weekly motivation, developing physical and psychological supports, and accessible coaching. We recognize that running is hard. It can be difficult to get out the door on a regular basis. This program is designed with these barriers in mind.

3. Run Tempo Fit is about inclusivity. Often run groups are not designed for performance based or experienced runners. Run Tempo Fit is uniquely designed for the newbie runner up to the proficient 10K runner. Here is how we break it down:

Level 1 Runner - This is our approach to 'Learn To Run'. It's designed for those who want to introduce running into their movement regimen. It is especially considerate of injury prevention and keeping it fun. In this program you can expect a slow run development program with strength and stability exercises to enhance your training.

Level 2 Runner - This runner aims to be able to run 30mins continuously, with few to zero breaks. Each runner will follow a training program that makes sense for them (based upon training years, exercise experience, age, and physical health).

Level 3 Runner - This runner is able to run 30 mins continuously and now wants to develop some speed and athleticism. The aim of this program is to encourage running a 5K distance in 30 minutes. It's a big goal but possible for most people with time and consistency.

Level 4 Runner - This runner aims to challenge speed, distance and has set their sights on completing a 10K distance.
