The Code Red classes at Lifeworks are some of the best I’ve ever done. I workout 5-6x/week and have never done the same workout twice. The variety of exercises ensures I’m never bored, which keeps me coming back for more! Neil is the most knowledgeable and experienced trainer in the Valley.
