Working with Karie was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It took me a long time after having my son to feel comfortable being in a gym setting again. Karie made that transition so much easier for me. She has helped build my confidence again. After just a few sessions with Karie I learned about the proper ways to work out and do certain exercises. From the tips she has given me and working with her on a weekly basis I feel better, sleep better and have more confidence when working out. The constant leg pain I had been experiencing is gone and my overall mood on a day to to day basis is better. I collaborate with each of my clients to create specific attainable goals. Programs are individually designed to keep progress attainable and my support keeps you accountable.

Be specific with your goals. Have a realistic approach and focus on yourself. There is no room for comparison to others or to your former self. Work hard for what you want and it will come!

I love being able to witness my clients discovering how much they can really accomplish. So often they discover they can do more than they ever would have imagined. It is beyond rewarding to be part of their journey.

Having the freedom to coach my clients authentically is something I will never turn away from. I care deeply, I work hard and I show up as myself everyday.

If you want to reach your goals, you want someone who will show up for you and someone who will collaborate with you, then I'm the one to work with. We work efficiently, effectively and we have fun in the process.

I offer online training packages. These include programming and check- in sessions. Video descriptions of exercises are available to clients only.

Equipment is sanitized after each use.
Masks are available to those who would like one.

Services

I work with a wide range of clients with varying goals. From clients seeking assistance with starting their fitness journey, to clients wanting to refine their sports related skills and focus on injury prevention. I've worked with men, women, young adults and seniors. My overall focus throughout all of my training is to increase your confidence, create quality programs that target your specific goals and help you maintain consistency in your day-to-day beyond your work with me.

With a focus on behavioral change, I help my clients understand their own current habits and teach them the tools they need to create new ones. I keep language simple, skills attainable and follow through easy so you can truly achieve your goals in a realistic and long term manner. My non restrictive approach has empowered several clients in regaining control of their relationship with food. I challenge you to measure your success by more than numbers on a scale.

Breath work helps you manage stress, boost digestion and improve your sleep. I take a very simple, science based approach when teaching yoga breathing to my clients. My goal is to empower you! We often overlook our own health until undesirable symptoms develop. We have the tools within us to assist in self regulating, but without knowing how to use them, we miss a great opportunity to improve our lives.
