I do an initial assessment of physical abilities and limitations. We talk also about their story and what activities they enjoy. I then create a program so they get the results they want and stick with it. Exercise is a lifestyle it's not a quick fix.

It's a balance between nutrition and exercise. 80% nutrition 20% exercise but 100% effort. Living a healthy lifestyle and keeping balance is the key

I love most making a difference in people's lives making them feel better when they're feeling down. Helping them lose weight when they don't feel good about themselves. And seeing the light that shines through them when they reach those results that for me is the best

Watching somebody put on the muscle they wanted to or able to hold the plank or do the push-ups that's what turns my crank ?

My very first job was working in an office and that's not me I love to be around people and I really enjoy interacting.
I like the fact that I go from one cleanse house to the other I get a change of scenery and every hour I get to spend with someone I like

I think I'm an excellent choice because I'm very experienced. I'm adaptable I have a lot of knowledge about different areas of fitness. I'm very sympathetic yet tough.
I'm extremely responsible and I do not cancel appointments. I respect my clients' time and of course I expect the same in return.

I am extremely discreet whatever goes on in the train session is never discussed outside that room.
I think trust is a huge factor in training on both ends.
