I am 88 years old and Don, my husband, is 82.
We've been training three times a week with Deig for 2 years now and will continue for as long as we can.
Results are significant; I have become stronger and Don, who has Parkinson's disease, stronger and more flexible.
We find Deig to be caring, helpful, intelligent and a first class P.T.
A word of warning though: if you admit that an exercise is too easy you may regret it – but you will cope, I promise, and reap the benefit. Another warning: if you need to count reps, do it yourself because his counting is a trifle erratic.

We love him.

I'm a medical doctor, and I am constantly amazed at Deig's knowledge, skill and patience regarding the human body and how it works. I've never felt healthier or more understood than when I'm working with Deig! Would, and have, recommended Deig to everyone. More...

I was lucky enough to be training with Deig last year at FF. He is passionate, he cares about his clients and his classes are just always challenging (really they are but thats what you want I guess :). I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for more motivation and getting back to fitness! Thanks Deig More...

I’ve worked with a few PT’s over the last 20 years but there is something very special about Deig. I really look forward to my sessions with him because he just connects deeply with his clients so you get a hardcore workout AND a therapy session some days! I feel that Deig really believes in me and motivates me to be the best version of myself, so naturally I just want to do better when I train with him. I highly recommend working with Deig. More...

Q&As

Goals need to be realist. Setting a session goal and increasing the skill set gradually helps you the client leave every session with a sense of achievement This is such a big part of adhering to exercise, particularly if working out isn’t a top priority in your day.

We can all be our own worst enemy sometimes. Thinking our body isn’t good enough. It’s great to have goals and it’s awesome to be focused and driven but what if when you have the perfect size and shape, you’re still not happy? Where to from there?

I love motivating and helping people. I have clients who’ve told me they absolutely hated exercise and now look forward to coming to each session. That’s why I love my job.

I was previously in retail and so ready for a change. I left my job after 19 years. Took 6 months off after a family member passed away, graduated my 11month full time diploma of fitness with a cert lll in nutrition and haven’t looked back.

Choose a PT who puts your safety first, who gives you their undivided attention and who’s got your back to motivate and support you through life’s tough days.

Yes. I have domestic and international clients who ZOOM with me weekly. Don’t miss a session, regardless of the weather or your isolation, we can train together to get you fit again.

I left the gym and launched my mobile PT business. I filled my car and garage and 4 wheel drive with equipment and I offer a specialised personal Trainer business where I come to you, you come to me or we train online.
