Coaching sessions with Muriel were amazing. In the beginning it was a bit difficult to open up and talk about my life experiences.
However, after a few sessions I became comfortable and confident. Muriel showed high levels of professionalism during our sessions and was able to separate our work relationship from the coaching relationship. Muriel’s coaching helped become a better person in life, at home, at work and in my relationships. It helped me become confident, I’m able to express myself well and respectfully.
The tailor made practice activities were easy to follow and helpful, I learnt a lot from each one of them and I also learnt a couple of things about myself which I wasn’t aware of. Some of the conversations were hard, however I always felt relieved and light afterwards. I loved everything about coaching and I became a better employee, brother, son, friend and partner. And I believe all the lessons I took will make me become a good manager in the future.
