From the beginning, JF worked with me to tailor a fitness and nutrition program for my body goals (muscle growth and athletic longevity). A healthy and complete diet is one of the core pillars of good health. Along with regular movement and sound mental health, good nutrition is essential in living life to the fullest as it is our main source of ENERGY. Contrary to popular belief, it can be quite straightforward - it all comes down to your individual body and not buying into all the different dietary trends out there.

I don't just help my clients achieve their fitness goals. I help them achieve any goals they have relating to their Health & Lifestyle. My programs are designed with the intention of helping individuals lead more fulfilling lives by helping them integrate new habits and sustainable routines around health (Fitness, Nutrition, Mental Health & Daily Routine) and more broadly speaking speaking life (Career, Relationships, Spirituality etc.). All programs are personalized to the individual and their specific goals.

The key is the weekly accountability that my approach provides. In our first session we set goals and every week we take manageable steps towards those goals. Those smaller steps eventually all come together to create major transformation.

To be in tune with your body and to do the things that make it/you FEEL GOOD day in and day out. In short, do what you WANT and not what you think you SHOULD.

It's simple, I love that I get to help people on their journey to leading more fulfilled lives. I love and appreciate the trusting relationships that I develop with my clients that often become my friends.

By no means am I the reason for the change, I'm just here to help guide you down the path you know you want to be on.

I've worked multiple jobs in various industries over the years and it made me realize that I wanted to create, that I wanted spend my days doing something I was truly passionate about and more than anything I wanted to make an actual difference even if just on the individual level.

I care about your goals, I care about every session we have together and I truly care about helping you make a difference in your life. Yes, all my programs are done remotely/virtually, over the phone and zoom.

I rarely if ever meet with my clients in person. Unless, we live in the same area.
