Very innovative concept of serving healthy food! I walked in with a friend being a little skeptical about the taste but I was wrong. Healthy can be tasty too. I took the $5 box ($5only if you check in on Facebook otherwise $7). I took a variety of proteins and veggies. She microwaved it for me. All the varieties of chicken were really good, the salads were great as well considering they don't add salt to any of the food. It was a nice experience. Tasty, healthy food at a good price. Above and beyond my expectations, Twisted Foods enables healthy eating without limiting you to eating healthy. Today was taco day and I had the option to pull on a good deal of cheese and potatoes with sour cream while having a plethora of healthier alternatives (various salsa's, fruit, multiple styles of taco themed chicken etc). They even offer soda alongside lemonade l, tea and flavored waters. My wife had a piece of cheesecake for dessert.The $5 Box I had was basically forced portion control, which in my experience has been more effective than anything in maintaining weight. Combined with the variety of foods to choose from, it encourages a well rounded diet.The staff was extremely helpful and polite. Offering to help us through parts of the process and heat up and prepare the food we had selected while we waited in line at the register I need to specify the "heating up" was not some simple microwave job. The food was thoroughly warm but not runner ( possibly an air fryer) and my wife's taco was fully prepared with care not will the lettuce.I will be coming back to Twisted Foods. More...
