Traveling Meat & More was inspired by my charcuterie boards. It has since grown into full-service catering for small to medium events. I enjoy providing personal chef services as it allows me to become acquainted with clients and showcase my skills in an intimate setting.

Donna provided the best service for my recent birthday party. She was so incredibly patient in helping us decide on a menu. We opted for cheeses, meats, and a raclette which was an absolute hit with our guests. What’s your signature dish?
Chicken Parmesan is my most requested dinner item. However, I am also known for my sous-vide beef. I strive to make all my food not only delicious but also beautiful. I am most known for my charcuterie and cheese boards and grazing tables.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Listening to their preferences and designing a menu to impress them and their guests. I am very flexible and creative. I like to try new things.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to cook and entertain. I love the WOW factor when delicious food is presented beautifully.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A second career, female entrepreneur. I always wanted to own a business and cooking has always been a passion. It allows me to be creative.
