I have been working with Amanda since the middle of January of 2024 and I am blow away by results already. I may not have a big number loss on the scales but the pictures say everything. Yes. I offer online personal training via an online app. I provide online workouts, customized macronutrients, and weekly check ins. I'm available during the week to all of my online clients in the event that you may have a question.

Covid masks are optional, not required. I respect the clients decision to wear a mask if they want to. I wipe down equipment after every client.
