So in the past I have hired dewy pest control & let me say how bad of a job they did , so I was skeptical about trying a different service but . Me & my wife really like the service provided by Impressive Pest Control ! They have excellent customer service and are quick to reply to our calls. Our tech is fantastic. We appreciate his professionalism, patience, and experience. Just recently we had to get a bee removal at our home. The beehive was located in our rain gutter on our second floor & to be honest it didn't seem too bad at first. But then we noticed the buzzing seemed to get louder & louder, not gradually but unusually fast, through our walls. The beehive became so noticeable that a couple of our neighbors even came & knocked on our door because they were a bit concerned! We knew we needed help ASAP! We came across Impressive Pest Control & thankfully they came to our rescue...even with such short notice! Many places require an appt, on a future date, that could vary in length. But they were able to come to our aid the very next day! They sprayed the corner of roof & immediately our problem was fixed! They were awesome & mind you their prices were unbeatable! Had a very positive experience with Impressive exterminating Pest Control. I was referred to them after a previous company I was doing business with had very poor follow up  and then blamed it on me. I had the pleasure of working with Julio . He was very nice and responsive to my questions and quick to update me regarding the process. I had my new house fumigated and damage repaired. Prices reasonable. They even spoke with my new neighbors to get consent to tent an area on shared property. The rest of the staff that assisted was very nice as well. We were able to get the job done quickly without any hiccups. They were able to work with me even though I live far from the property. I had a horrible horrible infestation of ants, I couldn't leave anything for more than a minute without it being covered in ants! Our house was heavily infested with termites, and we thought that we were doomed with the task of having to hire an entire squadron of people to tent it and fume it out that would take several days. I found Impressive Pest Control online after a scary encounter with rodents inside our home. Julio answered all my questions and was able to schedule a free inspection that same day. As I had to leave for work, he was able to communicate efficiently with me and keep me in the loop of what he found. He also provided photos as proof. Julio came down and got to work that same week. We had a great experience with IDC. Yanco came out and gave me an assessment of the work, very reasonable compared to at least 3 or 4 other places we had come out. He was on time to start the work. Our crawlspace was a bit of a challenge and required more time than expected, Yanco was flexible and accommodating to make sure the work was completed thoroughly.
