Personal Trainers

I enjoyed working with Soup! Soup started training me December of 2020. He holds you accountable and even checks in on days he’s not training you. It’s very helpful that he provides workouts and suggestions for which type of cardio to do. He definitely challenges you to grow, whether it’s to increase in weights or reps. I enjoyed the boxing sessions as well. That’s the great part of working with Soup, it’s the opportunity to try new routines that suit your needs. More...

Soup is a great trainer! I started training with him in summer 2019 2-3x a week. Soup did a great job catering my workouts to help reach my goal, helping me with nutrition (understand foods and balanced meals) and most importantly holding me accountable (which I needed the most). Let me start of by saying, I hate physical activity. When I mean physical activity, I mean anything that requires me to move espcially being outside you could count me out. Being athletic growing up helped me keep my health

Soup is an amazing trainer. Where most research are presenting the holistic view to getting into shape, Soup has the natural ability to Incorporated that before research presented that information. My first meeting with Soup was really surprising. I sent him an email indicating that I would like to meet with him. He responded immediately and gave me the necessary documents I need to fill out and send back before out initial meeting. I soon found out that he's approach to training, is the holistic approach. He not only takes your physical health into account, he also keeps track of your emotional and environmental status.

The initial meeting was really laid back and just an meet and greet. We set up my schedule and off we went. I met with him three times a week and it was usually done on my availability and location. He's very flexible and committed to making sure you're receiving the best sessions. He checks in on what you're eating daily (by monitoring the caloric), because there's an app you need to use. Each day he would make sure everything was going well with me and we went over my diet. My biggest struggle was my diet. I am weak when it comes to food and I won't ever deny it. Soup never tells you, that you can't eat something but will rather help you find a healthier alternative to what you're craving. The app that he request you download and use, helps keep the nutritional value account.

Seriously, When it comes down to it. The money that you spend is really worth it. You don't just get a trainer, but a life coach also. you can text him about anything and he's more than willing to listen and help you. Everything is really connected in life and he's there to help you make sure there's a balance.

Use him. It's worth the investment.

I started working with Soup in 2015. It soon became clear that Soup was just as committed as me to helping me achieve my goals. I trained with him on a solid basis 5 days a week for over two years. He was flexible and came to me at times that worked for me, designing specific programs to fit my schedule and goals. <br><br>During that time, I lost 40lbs and got into peak physical shape. <br><br>He also worked with me during that time to coach me on the best nutrition to achieve those goals and gave me homework when I started doing two-a-day workouts. I was randomly matched with Soup way back when he worked at XSport and followed him when he left. He's the real deal - your work with him doesn't begin and end at the gym, but rather, he keeps you accountable throughout your day and week, from meal planning to rest days. Soup is the personification of the idea that fitness is a lifestyle, not just a thing that you do in the gym a few times a week.<br><br>My schedule is often hectic, with a lot of work travel and unpredictable hours, but Soup kept me on track and was very flexible with scheduling. You can really tell that he cares about his clients and is invested in their success.<br><br>Soup also tailors workouts to you, keeping them varied and interesting. Not to mention that he's a riot! I worked out with Soup for a few months and then moved elsewhere and I wish that there was a Soup here! He is hands down on of the best trainers that I have worked with. As a former collegiate athlete, I have had a lot of trainers in my life and I can say that Soup has been the best. He not only managed what workouts that I would do, he managed my eating habits and how to get me back on track. He is very motivating and fun! He really cares about you personally and if anything is affecting you, he is the first one to ask. He focuses on what you want to change about your body and makes it a priority to help you. Soup is an incredible trainer. I am NOT a morning person, but he made me excited to get out of bed at 5:30 AM and go train with him. Soup is easily the most motivating person I've ever worked with.<br><br>He catered my workouts to my specific needs and goals, and pushed me to go harder everyday. He is also very creative and keeps the workouts different every time so it doesn't get boring. For example, I told him one day that I randomly had boxing wraps in my car, and then the next time we trained we boxed! I really appreciate that he likes to switch it up in the gym and keep it fun -- no two workouts will be the same.<br><br>Even on days that we weren't training together, he would still check in with me and make sure that I was cardio and eating properly. Soup was such a joy to work out with!!! I looked forward to our workouts at the end of the day. He made the experience fun, and encouraged me and educated me throughout the process. He cares about his clients and takes the time to get to know them individually. One of the things I appreciated the most about working out with Soup was his focus on safety right at the beginning and testing my skills levels and flexibility instead of just throwing me into a workout routine. For me that was important b/c I was new to working out and with a less experienced or more "results-driven" trainer I could've easily ended up with injuries. Having Soupar as a trainer has been absolutely amazing. He is patient when you are learning a certain technique; he's a mixture between challenging, encouraging, and motivating when he knows you can push yourself further; has extensive knowledge in nutrition and kinesiology; and is very professional. He is really one and all. He embodies the various archetypal trainer roles and caters it to what you and your body needs. Soup has been great trainer in helping with my road to recovery. I herniated a disc in my lower spine from a martial arts injury and he has helped to rehabilitate it and strengthen the muscles around it. After a few months of working with him, I am able to workout on a normal bases again. With any goals you wish to reach, I recommend going to him to get on the right track. More...

I've been working with Soup for almost 3 years. I've lost almost 60 pounds and have bulked up with muscle. Never thought at 51 years old I would have muscles. Soup not only believed in me but encouraged me all the way. He kept the workouts new and challenging to hold my interest and changed routines periodically as my body changed. By setting realistic goals to their lifestyle. Everyones life is different so we need to create a program that fits yours. To your workouts and your eating habits, a cookie cutter program doesnt work for everyone and i try to help find whats best for you.

Setting realistic goals and having patience. Just the same way you might have gain the weight, or got out of shape. Change in your body isnt instant. Lets create smart goals we can track and measure to progress you in the right way.

I worked with a variety of clients, most clients working with the basis of weight loss. I have helped with weight gain, muscle building, corrective exercise and more.

What I love most with working with any client is being the person to help them feel great in their body. To make them more confident, stronger, and have more energy for the daily life, and seeing them smile and laughing while doing it.

During high school I worked at GNC for three years which helped me learn about supplementation and how things affect the body. I brought that knowledge to the gym with me and ended up helping friends to workout. I enjoyed helping friends and strangers with my routines and workout programs I decided to start a business helping more people.

You don't have to choose me, find a trainer you can connect with. You'r gonna spend a good amount of time with me then we should be able to connect like its a love hate relationship. Il'l challenge you and guide you and beat you down sometimes but pick you back up to say great job. Why train with someone you dont like being around. I see my clients as close friends overtime and it should be the other way around.

You have to actually "visualize" your goal. See the actual finish line of where you want to be in the end. I as a personal trainer is only a small part of the puzzle. Our jobs is to guide you safely, motivate and keep you on your routine. You have to do the work to get yourself there.
