Zach and Hillery came over to our place fully prepared to put on a through dining experience. Everything that we ordered was cooked perfectly and the portion sizes were appropriate if not generous. Both of them were attentive to any requests or necessary adjustments throughout the four courses. I would 100% do this again and hoping I get to soon. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I usually come to the table with some ideas and we go back and forth to make sure the client gets exactly what they are looking for because we want their event to be theirs and not ours.
What do you love most about your job?
I love cooking food for people and putting a smile on their face.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I just needed to take the plunge, I spent a lot of time building others businesses well and it was time that I did it for myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am very personable and do the job with a smile on my face. I have been cooking commercially for 10 + years and understand food very well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I keep my environment very clean, we wear gloves while working in the kitchen when we handle food. I can come to the event with a mask if you so require it. In the end I just want the client to feel comfortable.
Personal Chef House Calls
Bringing the restaurant experience to the comfort of your own home. I cook, serve, host, and clean. I usually start with a 3 course meal but if you want less courses or more courses we can totally do that!
20% Gratuity will be applied for staffing on parties of 6 or more.
A 50% deposit is required after you are invoiced to lock in the date. You must cancel 1 week in advance of your dinner date to receive a refund on your deposit. If you need to reschedule your dinner date, you must give two weeks’ notice.
No refunds will be given within 4 days of a scheduled dinner date, unless circumstances are extreme.
Dinners typically need to be planned more than two weeks out. For something very small feel free to contact me and if my schedule allows, I will do my best to make it happen for you.
Catering
For a less personal experience and more of a gathering vibe I offer catering. I can either be there on site or food can be drooped off at the venue or picked up in Longmont.
