We have been using Service First for close to 4 years now. I would never go to another service. The same technician, Dan, has serviced our home each time. .. He has provided service for a variety of issues from a rodent problem to termite inspection... As well as regular pest inspection and control. Dan ALWAYS goes above and beyond. He's incredibly professional... Alway polite and pleasant. The fees for ANYTHING we've ever had done are EXTREMELY reasonable - and well worth the service we get... Both from Dan and from Amber who mans the office. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Hire them...you will not be sorry! More...

Residential Pest Control
Service First Termite and Pest Prevention is the area’s leading authority in pest control. We proudly serve Hillsborough, Polk, Pinellas, and Pasco counties. Our professionally trained technicians promise to put your troubles to rest. We offer general pest control services (residential and commercial). While this is a great area to live, its humid weather and above-average rainfall create the perfect environment for certain pests. Getting your property inspected and treated by our professionals will definitely give you an extra peace of mind.
Termite Control
Termites are common throughout Florida because of the warm humid climate and plentiful supply of fresh wood and wood-based products. There are several different species of termites, and some are capable of destroying a structure quicker than others. The first and most important task is to determine if there actually are termites in your home.
Rodent Control
As outside temperatures drop, rodents are forced to search for places that will keep them warm. At this time, your home begins to look quite attractive to these creatures. Since rodents reproduce quickly, an infestation can occur without notice. These critters can cause great damage, and they pose health dangers to humans. To prevent a problem, it is essential to learn where rodents are most likely to enter and signs of an infestation. If you suspect rodents have invaded your home, it is wise to consult with a professional pest control company.
Mosquito Control
Due to a warm, wet, and humid climate, mosquitoes view Florida as the perfect habitat for raising their offspring. Consequently, Florida residents and business owners recognize the potential dangers attributed to mosquitoes living on their properties.
Bed Bug Control
By the time that you notice bedbugs in your home, you are already facing a significant infestation that will be challenging to address. These bugs like to make nests near their host so that they can have easy access to food, but you might not even know that they are nearby. If you are like most people, you are probably wondering what steps you should take so that you can eliminate the insects and keep your home secure.
Bedbugs are difficult to manage, and it’s important you take action right away if you don’t want the pests to multiply even more. The good news is that you can get your unwanted guests out of your home if you know what to do and if you follow the right process.
Flea and Tick Control
Fleas and ticks are very common in the state of Florida. These pests pose a number of dangers to homes and businesses. These creatures carry and transmit diseases to animals that can spread diseases to humans. Also, tick bites can result in serious illnesses like Lyme disease.
If your business has a flea or tick infestation, you may lose customers. It is essential to work with an experienced pest control company to eliminate any problems.
