How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I aim to help people return to their human nature. We meant to run, crawl, walk, jump in a variety natural environments. Our bodies crave nuance and ingenuity. and I am aim to help your body adapt.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The body of your dreams is "Being Strong to be helpful." If you aim to be strong, your body composition will change accordingly. This takes some hard work and dedication, but we are all capable of reaching this
What do you love most about your job?
I like teaching. I primarily teach movement skills. Its fun, its technical at times, but I love it when my clients figure it out and 'get it.'
