Peter Dang is without a doubt, one of the best recruiters I have ever worked with, and I don't say this because we went to college together. For some magical reason, every recruiter I interact with either ghost me, tell me they will send me job descriptions and I hear nothing from them, or will magically pop out of the blue and message me again after not doing so for months or years. I had none of that nonsense with Peter. If anything, I was receiving 1-2 roles a week consistently to see if I wanted to be submitted for anything. In one case, I got as many as 3 roles in one week. When a company passes or decides not to move forward, I've gotten some sort of feedback or explanation of why the company rejected me when in most cases, recruiters either ghost me on a decision or never respond to my feedback requests. Needless to say, after 5 weeks of this same process(not counting the 1 week of vacation in-between), one of those roles become an assignment offer for a company that had the best employee reviews on Glassdoor I had ever seen for a company.My experience with Premier has been nothing short of amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Working with Premier has been a very uplifting and incredible experience. I first came in as a candidate looking to transition out of an academic work history and transfer my work history into a different trajectory. I am a published writer, past university lecturer, nonprofit admin, and educator, and I was having a difficult time on my own searching for a position that would see me past the "educator" work history I established myself in. Although I had thought that teaching was going to be my longterm career, I was affected by intense budget cuts at my last public arts charter school that I was teaching at. I was laid off--but, was told three months before the semester ended that I would not be returning to the school the following year. Although that is common practice in the education field--to help teachers have time to look for another position--it was done in a very ungracious method, especially because the teachers who were let go were the arts faculty members (not traditional teachers). That being said, I took the year off to recharge after teaching non-stop; I was experiencing a lot of burnout. But beyond this, I felt incredibly uncared for and unvalued in my last teaching positions. In this spirit, I was led to Premier because a good friend of mine had a great experience with them (temp work) and recommended them to me. During my first meeting with Peter, as we talked about my passions and work history, he realized that I would be a good candidate/fit for an internal job they were searching for! Luckily, I applied to the internal position, went through three rounds of interviews, and got the job! I'm incredibly excited to begin a new career in a company where I feel valued and seen--not just another "number" (sadly, many schools see teachers as such). I felt like this often in the education sector, and I decided it was time that I sought out a company that would value me for the hard work that I do. I called to inquire about a job posting of theirs and was delighted that Grace was so kind and quick to connect me with Dane and Joe, the recruiters for the role. I LOVE Premier Talent Partners. Brenda specifically at this office and Gabby in the San Francisco office are just incredible. Crazy responsive and helpful in my job search. They have placed me in the past and though I was not able to find a position this go around through them, they presented me with many opportunities that were in line with what I was looking for. I was admittedly skeptical of another placement agency. I'd tried with Robert Half and Apple One but it was awful. I literally got called to hear about a job. ..that I quit years ago. I really felt they weren't listening to me. But...I was having no luck on my own so I decided to respond to one of the emails Premier sent me on a whim.Roughly one month later: EMPLOYED! Full time, permanent position. No temp stuff, no weird companies, no compromises on salary. And all thanks to Vicky. When I was interviewing with her, I told her at first what you'd think any potential employer wants to hear. And when she was up front and honest with me about what we could do, I let my guard down and told her "I really don't want to apply for that company...the other two sound good...but will you think me fussy to work with if I don't want to be part of THAT one?" Sue Kaufman and I had connected a fews years back but I had found a job before we got a chance to worked together. This time my search brought us back together again. After meeting with Sue and talking about what I was looking for she reached about a great opportunity that fits my skills perfectly. Sue set up an interview while I was on holiday and the video interview with the company went off with out a hitch. Hmm, reviews so far seem to be communicated by people with axes to grind so let me the odd duck who takes to the internet with something positive to say. Rhianna & Co. have been wonderful to me, extremely communicative and personable. Had this current thing not worked out with them, I'd say the same thing (maybe not post a review, but whatever).So yeah, anyway, giving them a well deserved 5 stars, and in my experience 2 stars is standard in the staffing agency biz. Only complaint I can think of is that they don't provide you with free Fiji bottled water for your interviews. I can't be the only one who gets dry mouth for those things, and Fiji is the only water I'll drink. More...

Premier has been wonderful to work with! Some highlights are that they are friendly and quick to respond. On the same day that I applied to a few of their job postings on their website, I actually received a call from one of their employees within two hours. We had a brief conversation on what types of roles I was looking for and how far away I'd be willing to commute from home. Just a few days later I got another call from another Premier employee who scheduled a time for me to meet up in-person with my assigned East Bay recruiter, Shawn.Shawn was extremely easy to talk to and informed me well on what I could expect by working with Premier. He also took the time to get a more in-depth understanding of what I was looking for in a job and my potential long-term career goals. At the end of our meeting, Shawn let me know that he would contact me about any roles that he thought might be fitting for me based on my career interests, but there was no pressure or judgement if I didn't want to be submitted as a potential candidate for whatever reason. Throughout all the times Shawn contacted me about roles, I found this to be true. Eventually I did accept a role, but I really do appreciate how patient Shawn was with me and never pushed me to accept anything I didn't want to do. Angelica, a Premier recruiter from the Silicon Valley office, was also contacting me about roles during the same time period, but I never felt any pressure from her to accept anything either. It was nice to know that even though they worked for different Premier offices and had different clients, their goal was to help me find a job that I was interested in instead of competing with each other to fill their own respective clients' positions.Also, a few months after I had accepted a position through Premier, I had to complete Premier's 90-Day Performance Review Guide with my worksite's manager. I liked this idea because it gave us a chance to provide feedback to one another and go over if I was meeting the company's expectations as well as if the company was meeting my expectations in return too. Again, this just shows how much Premier truly cares about the candidate-client relationship by checking up after some time to make sure that both parties feel like they are given the support they need to excel.Overall, if you are looking for a job and would like some help from a professional staffing company that will take the time to listen and care for what you have to say without trying to force you into anything, I definitely recommend getting in touch with Premier. Premier Staffing was my first experience with a boutique Staffing Agency.  From my first point of contact with Emma Pessereau, Premier has set the bar for me and my experiences with Staffing agencies.  Emma and I had a phone conversation where I was able to really lay out my skill set and what direction I wanted to go in with my career and shortly after the call I had an appointment set to meet with a recruiter, Sue Kaufman.  I arrived in their lovely office a few minutes before my appointment and was greeted by Emma.  I waiting in the lobby for about 10 minutes.  Sue came out and introduced her self and explained that they were experiencing some technical difficulties with their scheduling and I was not on the schedule.  She assured me that she was going to still be able to meet with me... I waited a few more minutes and Sue came back to grab me.  We met in her office and had a wonderful conversation.  She asked me some questions about my experience and what type industry I was interested in.  She explained how the process would work and asked if I had any questions.  She offered some feedback on my resume which was greatly appreciated!  I kept my eye on the clock as she has mentioned she had another appointment at 10:30.   When 10:30 rolled around we were about done with out meeting so I reminded her about the time and she assured me she would make it all work.  She then introduced me to two other recruiters.  Ultimately I had a great experience at Premier Staffing.  Even with the technical difficulties they were experiencing they were able to provide me with a stellar experience.  I look forward to working with Sue and Emma an highly recommend Sue Kaufman and Emma Pessereau at Premier Staffing. Working with Premier has been great.I love their fast paced, straight to the point attitude, with a refreshing encounter of respectful transparency. With my personal experience, I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn Hocson. After our first initial meeting to discuss my needs, skills set, and expectations, I was offered two possible temporary positions that day!My initial plan was to start with very short term temporary assignments and then accept anything temp to hire within my field of study.Thus, I decided to wait on the two initial offers from our first meeting.I eased myself into Premier slowly with temporary short term assignments so I could keep my options open with temp to hire positions.During this period of post graduation while working with Premier, I was enjoying myself visiting friends, reading, taking small traveling trips, exploring the Bay Area on days off, and, of course, doing temp work. No less than 5 months after completing my undergraduate degree, Shawn was able to find me a temp to hire position directly related to my field of study and personal interests. It was too perfect of an opportunity to pass up and the position has been great. on an aggressive search grind, premier staffing found me. at this point, i'm not sure how, but it doesn't matter. i'm thrilled i've had the good fortune of meeting them.  in a city with numerous firms, they're a standout.  their beautiful, well-lit office in the empire state building, brightened  my day (if you have any experience, you know they're often nothing to write home about) and then you meet jeff baker and realize, maybe you're actually getting closer to your next great gig.  in a short time, he somehow gets you, he somehow "gets it."offices in nyc and san fran make you feel they're in touch with the movers and shakers. people on the pulse of something big. jeff also introduced me to his colleague sophia foxworthy out west and we had a skype.  people forget, recruiters aren't genies, but if you do YOUR work too, check in, keep them updated, it's a symbiotic relationship. go meet them. I honestly thank my lucky stars that I was connected to Chelsea Brown. I needed to find someone to cover for me for 3 weeks as I went on vacation. As it turned out, those 3 weeks ended up being the most busy for my team, AND they were in early January (right after the holidays when no-one is working) AND 3 candidates I had selected were unable to start (for one bizarre reason after another).To say I was freaking out would be an understatement. Then there was Chelsea, she held my hand through the entire process. She stayed in communication with me as our needs and desires changed. She spoke with me late evenings and early mornings (mostly emotional ramblings) to create and re-create plans.Eventually, she found me a great candidate who I was comfortable leaving my team with. I really enjoyed working with Premier when I was job hunting! Melanie Siegel was super communicative and sent me on interviews just days after our initial meeting. She was a good resource to have, gave great advice for interview prep, and was really receptive to my feedback on the different interviews I went on. I can't say enough great things about Premier Staffing!  My experience working with Melanie and Susan was so enjoyable and easy!  Melanie is an exceptional recruiter and from day 1, I really felt that she not only cared about me and my future but genuinely wanted to get to know me, my interests, my talents, specific skills, etc. so that she could match me with the perfect company/opportunity.  Every time I had an upcoming interview, Melanie would send over very useful prep material and would personally make sure I was feeling confident and prepared before each round.  Every time I would make it through to the next round in an interview process Melanie would be the first person I would call and she would be so excited for me and really shared in my enthusiasm :) Job searching can be a tough, long, at times frustrating process, but Premier Staffing does such a wonderful job at making the entire process exciting, engaging, and you feel completely supported all the way until the every end.  I recently accepted a role that Premier Staffing helped me get and although I am absolutely thrilled, it's also bittersweet knowing I no longer have an excuse to chat with Melanie on a daily basis :) For anyone currently in the job searching process, do yourself a favor and contact Premier Staffing because I promise it will be the best decision you make! THE BEST!I was pretty iffy about replying back to staffing agencies on LinkedIn but I'm glad I gave in and responded back to Premier. Sophia Foxworthy initially reached out to me first and brought me in for an interview for permanent positions. After the interview, Sophia introduced me to Kayla Peterson to have me think about looking at temp jobs while Sophia looked into permanent jobs for me. Both Sophia and Kayla suggested a few jobs to me that day to see if I was interested and I went for it. I heard back from Kayla almost right away about the job she put my resume in for. I interviewed with the company. They brought me in for a 'temp to perm' position and it all worked out because within a few weeks of working at the company...they offered me a full-time position! Ahhh! This pretty much all happened within a week and never would've happened so quickly if it wasn't for Premier. Seriously, I think my resume would still be floating around the deep trenches of (many) career pages. Side note: Sophia also found me a position with a well-known company the same day I got the offer from the company Kayla set me up with.
