I was the only person in my family that could speak English for quite a while, even before we arrived in the States. Being fluent in several languages, I became the de facto family translator, and as such I got to do all the boring adult stuff before I was a teenager. Filling out forms, sitting in at meetings, and learning things not by choice but by necessity.
I opened my first business during college, it wasn’t a marketing agency; that was the second business a few years later. My language skills gave me an opportunity to play liaison for American companies looking to establish in Eastern Europe. This was an amazing opportunity at my age, and I learned how corporations think directly from C-suite management at dinner tables. Several companies later (and they’re all still operating mind you), along comes a pandemic that gave me pause and a moment to think.
I got a chance to do something that few people get at this point in their life. I got to choose what I wanted to do most and enjoy every moment of it. In the world of business, nothing beats the thrill of starting a new venture or moving a business to the next level; outlining a solid strategy and then seeing it come to life.
I’m now a Fractional CMO of several companies in the Charlotte area. I advise on strategy, decisions, growth, and marketing. My ideal client is someone who has been in business for a long time through hard work and has never had much success with marketing agencies. Someone who knows their company is greater than the number of customers walking through the door. PPC is an agency, but we are focused on teaching you the discipline of delivering your message and walking with you to your next goal in life. We’ll do the creative stuff together, leave the math to me.
