What’s your signature dish?
Ok, this is a very difficult question for me. I love exploring, playing with and experimenting with every kind of cuisine (my family comes from Brazil, Morocco and Taiwan) imaginable. Each dish eventually becomes a signature dish, so for example, this year I have been hyper focused on Machaca, authentic homemade pasta, Asian Bao and chicken pot pie...I put so much love and attention into my dishes that they are all my favorite and they all are delicious.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
My process is what I call my "Superpower." I have prospective clients fill out a questionaire that I've created to give me insight to their taste preferences and expectations. From there, I create a customized menu based on their answers and budget and work with the client to fine tune the menu the to be exactly what they desire. The perfect menu just for them.
What do you love most about your job?
Practicing empathy through food and the connecting elements it brings.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in restraunts I didn't have creative control over what I was making and how it was presented. Also, being a woman in a kitchen is incredibly difficult, by owning my own business I can practice my values and better challenge my own creative process. It also gives me the freedom and flexibility to better source local ingredients and inform clients about foodways.

Because I make OUTSTANDING food and it's not just about me, its about the community. Its all connected.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Dropoff services (while not detracting from the private chef experience) to limit exposure to clients, Limiting unneccasry contact outside of work, I am partially vaccinated already but still diligently wearing a mask and keeping my bubble small. Overall, my customer's safety and the people they come into contact with is my number one priority.

We have a small set up, service and clean up staff if applicable for your event.
While we prefer groups of 50 or less, we are happy to discuss the possibility of larger events.
