1. Analysis, Research & Preparation

ACTIVITY - This phase is all about the identification of a problem and coining a solution. It includes conceptualization, research and analysis, estimations, and other activities. The main goal is to prove the feasibility of your future digital product.

ACTIVITY - At this stage, you can check the validity of your digital product. The hypotheses from the discovery and ideation phases of digital product development are just that—hypotheses. Now it’s time to take your assumptions to the target market and validate them. The testing phase should involve at least four steps, known as the lean validation process.

ACTIVITY - Now that you know where you’re going, it’s time to think about how this digital product should look. We will design a clickable prototype for you, your investors, and futur clients. Seeing and interacting with your product on the devices where it will be used, will help you view your product from a user perspective.

4. Agile Implementation
ACTIVITY - Now it’s time to move to the execution phase. Using an Agile project management methodology significantly increases development productivity, gives stakeholders more control and results in an end product that provides real value to users. The essence of Agile digital product development is a rapid and flexible response to change. It rests on splitting the development cycle into short time slots – iterations.

5. Launching your product
ACTIVITY - A digital product launch usually means putting your MVP on the market and giving customers their first crack at your solution.

OUTCOME - Option to choose the best release approach that fits your costumers.
Soft Launch—The MVP is made available to a limited segment of the target market, known as “early adopters.”
Hard Launch—The MVP is made available to the market at large with a full marketing push (not recommended for MVP launches).

6. Maintenance & Support
ACTIVITY - As you refine the digital product into its final form, based on the feedback from the MVP launch, it’s time to consider the growth or scaling phase. One of the reasons to do an MVP before a full product launch is so that your product has room to grow and scale.
