I don’t really enjoy working out at all but I knew that I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle. I contacted Monica for training and now I am excited to workout. She makes it really fun, and adjusts workouts so that they are fit just for you. She targeted every area I wanted to see a difference in. Monica’s Bootcamps are the best! They leave me the most sore the next day compared to any other workouts I do (the good kind of sore). No matter how hard I workout on my own, I feel like I get so much more accomplished with her and my whole body gets worked. I give each of my clients the individualized attention they deserve in the type of workouts I program for them and the intensity of those workouts. Every body is different and needs different things to succeed. My programs consists of workouts that are challenging and functional to make my clients stronger, fitter, and healthier overall.

There’s truly no secret. The way to achieve the body of your dreams is to nourish and fuel it with foods high in nutrients, and use that fuel to move your body and stay active. With both of those tactics, your body will mold into the powerful machine it’s meant to be.

The best part of my job is seeing my clients grow and progress towards their health and fitness goals. I love seeing their progress pictures, seeing them work through an extra set or extra reps, and hearing about both their scale and non-scale victories!

I was inspired to become a fitness professional through my own health and fitness journey. Growing up, I was an unhealthy and overweight individual who saw exercise as a chore. After working towards a healthier diet filled with whole foods, losing weight, gaining strength, and learning the science behind exercise and how important it is for the body, I realized my passion lays within recreating this experience for others who are in my past shoes.

My clients choose me because I’ve been in their shoes. I empathize with the struggle to lose weight, grasp a workout routine, and gain the confidence we are all looking for. I’ve been there and I know the steps needed to be taken in order to get yourself to where you want to be. I am a fitness professional with a passion to help others see health and fitness as something they love working towards rather than something they “have to” do.

Services

Individualized 1-on-1 workout fitted to your needs! This can be in-person or remote/online via zoom or FaceTime. Specific fitness goals taken into account, with or without equipment.

Small (2-3 people) or Large group (more than 3) workout fitted to the overall fitness level of the group! This can be in-person or remote/online via zoom or FaceTime. With or without equipment.
