Jessica and her crew are without a doubt the entire package. Jessica is the most gifted, creative, farm to table chef my family has ever experienced. She goes out of her way to collect the freshest local ingredients turning them into the most beautiful delicious dishes ever. We never need to worry about timing, setting up, cocktail hour or anything else when Jessica is in the kitchen. I have full confidence everything will be perfect! In addition to the wonderful meal, the kitchen is sparkling clean when she leaves, thanks to one of her amazing assistants, Esti.  I would, without hesitation, recommend Jessica and her crew to anyone! Jessica was one of several names provided to us by our Montage Kapalua Bay concierge prior to our arrival to Maui.  We reached out to her first to confirm availability for an in-suite private celebration dinner on our lanai.  So, so happy that our schedules meshed.  Our request was seafood and local flare, but we wanted her to define the menu.   We had the most delightful and flavorful 4 course meal.   Jessica's passion for food and her warm personality made the evening exceed our expectations.   We look forward to our return to Maui as we'll definitely work with Jessica again. Jessica and her team go above and beyond to create not just a beautiful meal, but a wonderful, friendly vibe that fills your stomach and soul with aloha.  I love that Jessica is able to accommodate any dietary restrictions, while still maintaining to her core values of locally sourcing all the food she provides.I also appreciate that Jessica is so communicative, professional and helpful when discussing the needs for my various luxury clients vacationing on Maui. She has exceeding my clients expectations every time - whether it was providing "a la carte" services to a family of four or daily meals in a private home, to catering intimate dinner parties. All the meals were delicious and perfectly executed.The food tastes as good as it looks. It's obvious the at Jessica, her staff and her vendors take so much pride in the food they provide.
