Erin is a wonderful trainer. I had the good fortune to work with her when I moved to Laramie. She really understands movement, balance, and always knew how far to push me to push myself (without going too far). And she is a fun person, too! When Erin lived in Laramie, WY, I took a Water Aerobics class from her at the local rec center. From the first class, I loved it and that was primarily because of her teaching style. She provided varied exercises for each class and it wasn't long before I built strength, stamina, and balance. I was disappointed when she moved as I was going to hire her as a personal trainer in the gym. She trained a friend of mine, and that friend recommended Erin to me! I wish Erin success in her new endeavor and I'm sure that word-of-mouth about her skill and training methods will travel fast. More...
