How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I like to 1) understand the intent and vision of the party, 2) gather potential ideas from the client, 3) thoughtfully provide feedback & input, and 4) hone the menu to the client's desires.
What do you love most about your job?
Collaborating with clients and other industry professionals.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Raised on a busy New England farm, my childhood was teeming with fabulous ingredients, talented cooks, and voracious dining companions. So nobody was surprised whatsoever when I chose a career in hospitality and cuisine.

I have dozens of great clients who have worked with me for years and years. I value their ideas and work diligently to meet their creative vision, no matter the occasion or budget.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We require our staff to be vaccinated and routinely tested. Additionally, we can wear masks at the event upon the client's request.
