Jeremy is awesome! He has a very flexible schedule and was always able to accommodate mine. He gave me meal plan ideas and foods to eat or avoid. It's pretty straightforward! I lost 10 pounds and that's with weight lifting so I also have muscle mass and muscular curves!! He works with you for your interests and body ability. He kicked my ass but it was great! Stick with it. But you have to eat well, dont expect to work out with him once a week lose a bunch a of weight, he's not a magician! But he's a great trainer!!! More...

Jeremy is a great trainer, he is very dedicated to what he does and is always in a great mood. He makes our workouts fun and creative. He makes sure to ask me if the exercise is working the right part of my body, and if it's not he is always quick to change it up to fit my needs.
