I contacted and contracted with Justin Rodeuguez to provide charcuterie boards for my housewarming party. Justin and I discussed options and came up with the food I wanted on my boards. They came out beautiful and I had just the right amount of food for all my guests. I really appreciated Justin putting the charcuterie boards together since I had to work some very long shifts leading up to my party date, I just didn't have time to do all the prep work. I hired Greater My Cater for a party this last summer . The Japanese cuisine was a big hit with all our guests. I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of hosting a gathering. We had a huge Greek wedding in September and Chef JROD was on point!!! Everything went really smoothly (thank goodness because in my opinion, the food is an important part of any event).
He accommodated my changes and requests! He even accommodated a few vegan guests that RSVP'd last minute which was so amazing. Our guests were so happy!! We will definitely be using Justin again at our next event. I found out he also does meal prepping (super stoked). Highly recommend!!!

What’s your signature dish?
Anything Japanese, but I would say I can bring any cuisine and dish that certain signature you're seeking. Everything is within my reach.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I do all custom menus for each client. You give me a general idea of what type of food you seek, and I will give you a list of options to choose from.
What do you love most about your job?
I love and enjoy helping people, serving people and giving them food and service that is memorable. Ive always had a passion for great food and great people. So here I am.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been lucky enough to work for some amazing chefs throughout my career. Recently Ive worked for a personal chef in Denver who gave me inspiration to start my business. He showed me sky is the limit, here I am.
