Best dessert in my life. I had 1 personal pavlova, 1 cotton candy drop and 1 lavender honey drop. For personal pavlova, I chose vanilla pavlova, lemon custard, whipped cream, seasonal fruits (blueberries and strawberries) and strawberry drizzle. Sooooo yummy!!!

The meringue cakes here are little masterpieces. It's just fun in general to have something interesting in this area. There are plenty of great bakeries in the area but Fluff offers some really great alternatives. At this point I've eaten everything there, all of which have been good (the scones and clotted cream are fine but The Steeping Room down the road does better) to great. My recommendation is to just go for the meringue cakes which are these fantastic custard tarts of various flavors covered in beautiful soft meringue (my daughters call it marshmallow). My favorite is the Earl Grey, but the Blueberry Lemon is also great. More...

This is really only a place that youd find in Austin or France. Artistry with desert is hard to find at a better price. Anything you order here is beautifully made, well priced, and refreshing to eat. Great for a light after meal snack, or for meetings. I think one might also get some serious bonus points if they brought a date here. More...

Came here for some dessert. Was blown away by the pastries AND the price! I purchased a scone and a passion fruit tart with a chocolate shortbread crust. While I was not impressed with the scone, I did love the honey peach jelly it came with. $3.25 for the scone was a little steep for something that was more of a biscuit but was nothing compared to the price of that $13 tart! Since no prices were posted I assumed it was around $7 or $8 but was shocked at the $13 price tag! Paid for it anyway and was blown away by the taste. The tart was luscious and delicious. Would I return for another? Absolutely! I just hope the place stays in business before I can return. More...

Interior Design of the store and the Desserts were very cute and totally "insta-gramable". The store looked small from the outside but it was bigger once you enter. The Mocha Fluffuccino was really good. BUT The price for the pastries were a bit high. If you don't have a sweet tooth or love meringue this might not be a place for you. Oh and sadly they didn't have the drink toppers for the hot drinks anymore (winter only). They have meringue sticks for the cold drink( summer) More...

When's the last time you had a baked Alaska? Not recently enough, I can guarantee you that, so get your sweet tooth ready. Fluff offers a unique experience in a city that already has the standard chocolate chip cookies and vegan cupcakes fully covered. The meringues are great, and the More is even better, in my opinion. I particularly like the various flavors of marshmallow myself. I don't generally drink espresso, but the tea selection is world class, and the service is friendly and attentive. The space is set up for you to bring friends for a full on celebration, stop in for a quick treat yourself, or anything in between. Get in there and try something you think you wouldn't usually order - I'm willing to bet you'll have a new favorite. More...

This place is so adorable! We ordered some macaroons and a pavlova. I didn't realize the pavlova was as an intricate dessert as it was! It's filled with a filling, 2 toppings, and a drizzle of your choose (for $13). It was a little expensive but it's hand made and delish. The macaroons have interesting flavors, there is a sun dried tomato and ricotta one that I want to try next! We will be back for the Baked Alaska-- It was sold out tonight as it seems to be very popular. More...

Bathrooms are great and have feminine products I thought that was a really nice touch. Everything is pretty and clean. You can pop in anytime for afternoon tea which is also very nice and convenient totally cost friendly at about 28 bucks each with tip for 3 well worth it. This place is so cute; Love this small cafe styled interior and the treats they have here! I've never tried meringues before and everything here looked beautiful, which made it even harder to choose. The treats here are on the pricier side, with a Honey Earl Grey Mousse Tart and a meringue-topped Mexican hot chocolate coming out to be $20. Everything was delicious; the tart was topped with such a fluffy sweet mousse, and the inside of the tart filled with honey like cream, almost like a sweet vanilla pudding. The hot chocolate was pretty good, but the best part was the giant meringue on top. The meringue was crisp, and the textures of eating it were amazing. They have quite a large variety of different flavors here though, as well as having the option to customize a pavlova, which I've yet to try; definitely hope to come back and try more. More...

I've been on a Netflix binge watching The Great British Baking Show so I was compelled finding meringue in Austin.Looking at all the photos posted for Fluff, I was so happy to find this place and made a date with a hubby to check it out. We walked in and I saw quite a few people sitting and indulging with the sweets and drinks on their tables. There was a short line but it gave me enough time to debate in my head on which meringue I wanted to try. I decided on the Honey Thyme + Earl Grey Mousse Tart and a cup of hot Earl Grey tea. We also got 3 meringue drops, lemon sorbet, honey lavender and carmel. They were all very good and as I expected...sweet and chewy. Meringues are always sweet so make sure you have a drink to off-set the sweetness. The staff is very friendly and the place is cute for a date. More...

My sister, my 6 month old son, and I made our first visit to Fluff and had such a pleasant experience. First off, my sister and I are both in the service industry and sticklers for customer service and the intentionality of the space. We noticed the thoughtfulness put into the design, but even more than that, how immaculately they keep the space. Thumbs up! It has an airy, fresh feel to it, not unlike their meringue. We shared a meringue tart as well as the madeleines to accompany our tea. Each item we ordered impressed us and had us rolling our eyes at how delicious it was - and how dangerous that it is conveniently close to where we live. The servers at the counter were attentive and amiable without being pushy. One of them hit it off with my son and carried on an (albeit one-sided) conversation with him. Needless to say, we ordered scones to go and we will most certainly treat ourselves to some of their other creations in the future. More...

This is a really cute place and the treats are delicious. We tried the lemon basil tart (A+), gingerbread madeline, brown butter dipped madeline, and three drops (lemon, caramel, gingerbread all A+). This place is a sugar addicts dream!!! I went for the meringue topped latte and it didn't disappoint. The latte itself was great, the meringue topper was delicious. This was my last 'meal' before returning to keto and it was for sure worth it. I'll definitely be back to try the make your own pavlova. This place is still pretty new and it seems like they're still acclimating. The layout of the shop is really weird, the counter where you order is way too small and the way the seating is set up you can't really check out the display case if anyone is ordering or if there are people sitting. Also it's a large space and they have the smallest little cart for sugars etc. for your coffee, it just seems a little out of place. They top your latte with a chocolate drip which is definitely cute but not at all practical. Every time you set your cup down it sticks to the saucer and you have to like pull it off without the coffee spilling lol but it looks and tastes amazing for sure! More...

Check. All of the desserts in the display case looked so beautiful...too beautiful to eat. But I knew I had to choose something! We decided to share a pavlova - vanilla meringue, vanilla custard, strawberries, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle. Holy cow this pavlova was delicious and I am now a meringue lover! I wasn't familiar with meringues, clouds, and pavlova but Fluff is definitely the place to try all of these things. From what I gathered - a drop is literally a drop of meringue that come in various unique flavors, clouds look to be the same but bigger in size, and then you have the pavlova which is a type of meringue-based dessert that has a dip in the middle and you can add fillings, toppings, and drizzle. (Hope I understood that correctly ). We tried the vanilla pavlova with honey custard, strawberries, pecans, and ginger caramel! Yums! The Management is also super sweet and very friendly!
