First identifying where they are and where they want to be. From there we design a plan that is easy to follow to begin to make progress towards their goal.

Consistency... it's not making a big change once but making small sustainable changes and maintaining them.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to go off on my own so that I could do more for my clients and get more involved in their journey!
