An oasis in Midland! As a yoga novice, I was always intimidated to go into a yoga studio. I decided to try Dharma Art when it opened in June and it has been amazing. I’ve been wanting to do yoga for years and never got into a routine. Kendra has been the answer to everything yoga. I’m a novice and she has inspired me to get on the road to a consistency that has been elusive. I’m so pumped up from the benefits I’ve benefited from-health wise (and spiritually). I've known Kendra Pennington approximately three or four years now, first as a client and then as a friend of mine, now as my personal yoga instructor. I watched her find her calling in this field and have found myself continually impressed with the level of devotion and passion she brings to her work. Kendra lives and breathes the yoga lifestyle. More than that, she is extremely dedicated as a teacher, paying close attention to student development, planning for the future, and experimenting to find the best routines to improve your well-being and fitness.
