90 Minute Body Work (In Home)
This integrative bodywork session will begin with an assessment and then approximately a 1 hour massage followed by 30 minutes of assisted stretching.
The session will end with a reassessment to gauge progress.
Add-ons like percussion therapy, kinesiology taping, muscle balms, etc. are included and will be used when needed. No travel fees inside Austin.
This type of bodywork is meant to help you move and feel better and while you may feel more relaxed after, relaxation will not be the main focus.
3 Hour Bodywork (In Home)
This integrative bodywork session will begin with an assessment and then 20-30 minutes of breathwork followed by 90+ minute massage and then approximately 45 minutes of assisted stretching. The session will end with a reassessment to gauge progress.
Add-ons like percussion therapy, kinesiology taping, muscle balms, etc. are included and will be used when needed. No travel fees inside Austin.
This type of bodywork is meant to help you move and feel better and while you may feel more relaxed after, relaxation will not be the main focus.
