What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
#Secret 1 - Don't stop working at "Un-Happy" or "Negatives" or "Repeated Failure"
Weight gain or weight loss is never a downhill landslide- it’s an uphill battle the first time, then a struggle the second, then once you just “get it” - it is an uphill hard-walk, but not so impossible but also better than before.
Like life I guess. The key - is not just giving up because you’re not happy, or you’re experiencing negative thoughts or circumstances. Remember a battery requires a positive and a negative charge for power. If you thing of the “power” as whatever end goal you’re hoping for, just don’t try to bury the negative, or toughen up over it. The way to turn the key and unlock the door - is simply that, the negatives are messengers that are part of the positive outcome for change. The power is you not giving up this time, and deciding the type of change that makes you feel whole in the season of fitness life you’re in today, not five years ago. Just get through the going through I guess. It’s not romantic. You have to just believe you will make it to the other-side of things.
What do you love most about your job?
You control the narrative of how you improve the baseline body yo’ momma and dadda gave ya! I just come in and partner with a steady environment of consistent connection, stable emotional environment and results focused tracking without pressure or body-shaming. Plus I LOVE re-designing bodies kinda like people who customize vintage mustangs ?
What inspired you to start your own business?
You don’t have to strive or prove yourself. You are enough, whole and complete even in your imperfections. Helping women and men have healthier relationships with food and who they are becoming is so important to me. I quickly realized it is not about restrictions or cheat meals, but mainly adding healthier options in the mix as a daily lifestyle habit. Then, the room for the less healthy will organically lesson. You will only have room for so much after a while and you will balance yourself out better than operating under a draconian drill master who yells at you. That is just not me anyway :) If negative re-inforcement works better for you - then knowing that you can find the right health partner. If positive and flowing with life is your new style, I am ready to partner with you and meet you at your now until your next.
Why should our clients choose you?
I know how hard transformation is personally from doing weightloss three times in my career and seeing clients go through it. Like I tell my customers; keep your eyes focused on being present in your day. Your chin and your feelings about an experience or process do not have to be "up", “positive” or “happy”.
You being aware of your sadness can be allowed to be negative. Especially if you are still in the active, not passive process of changing what you want to make positive.
And I am never gonna make light or dismiss or meddle in your feelings or perspective. They are “messengers” from your soul not definers.

That is then your defining moment I.e. - I used to only like myself super skinny as possible 110-120 lbs, blame my teenage-me. Now I only love being unapologetically, foodieliciously-strong and slim-thique 140 to 150 lbs. Period, without debate, or justification. Either way, weightloss and weight gain are both hard for me to do, still got it done.
It's a one dimensional example about negative-positive self awareness. It's not just about looks to me either - like ever…hopefully you catch my drift and run with whatever you can from this post to serve you in any area of life:)
