Love this place! Disclaimer: I've only been twice, but the experience was consistently exemplary. This is like a taco themed subway as far as the combination of fresh ingredients to choose from. I had a spicy chicken burrito the first time and had their fresh pineapple salsa with a load of my favourite ingredients that I picked from across the counter. It was an excellent lunch. Plenty big enough to fill up but not so much that eating the whole thing would have laid me up for the afternoon. The second time i had their baja style fish taco basket. This was a pre-ordained configuration, so i just gave my choice and sat down. In about five minutes i was enjoying some of the best fish tacos I've had since Rubio's in San Diego. If you're looking for a quick, inexpensive, fresh, healthy meal solution, Blue Coast burrito has my vote. Bon apetit! More...
