What do you love most about your job?
I've always been in the business of helping others, regardless of what type of organization I worked for I was always the support behind the people. I love helping people look at a difficult situation and finding good solutions to move forward. I love seeing the lightbulbs go off and new beginnings happen to help people be happier.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The last few years have made many of us re-evaluate our lives. During this time I discovered the need for greater time flexibility and the desire to help individuals instead of large organizations. Small businesses and individuals don't have the same access to whole departments of professionals to help guide them through change, I decided to shift my focus to smaller scale to make a greater impact.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a believer in personal growth and coaching. I have utilized coaches myself to make life changes and to help to transition from a traditional career to owning my own business. I understand many of life's challenges and have had a rewarding career of helping others to make positive changes for a happier life.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of my work has transitioned to virtual for the past two years.
