I called AV Pros back in October of 2020. I needed two digital antenna, one for my house and one for my in law unit. Arden came out and took care of the job promptly. We were very happy with the reception and the amount of free over the air TV channels. Fast forward to this week, and I had a new roof installed on my house. I am a new ham radio operator. Â I needed to install an antenna on my roof with a special coax cable fed into the house because signals couldn't get in or out of my 100 year old heavily chicken-wired stucco home, a veritable Faraday Cage. Â I'm now too old to be comfortable climbing up and down ladders to reach my 25' high rooftop, so professional help was required. I searched around quite a bit and talked to some other potential installers. I chose Arden because he had some experience with these types of installations (in addition to lots of experience with normal TV and satellite antennas) and he asked the type of questions regarding the installation that made me believe he knew what he was doing. Â He made a reasonable bid on the job and we set a time for him to do the the job.After calling me en route to let me know he would be a few minutes early, he showed up with his capable assistant and began to do the work. Â While this was not an overly complicated job, every job has its own challenges and Arden was up to each hurdle he faced. Â He worked carefully and safely which I appreciated. Â And he finished the job in a reasonable time with top notch workmanship. Â He left the workplace as clean as it was when he arrived.He and his assistant were both personable and professional. I was in need of an antennae for my pool house, Arden came out and put an antennae up, wired it and hooked up. The TV came in great and was for the price quoted, no problems. I called Arden again for my stereo  installation  with 2 zones, a bit complicated for me, he knew exactly what was going on and how to wire it, no problem for Arden. I am having Arden come out to my house now to set up another 2 zone system at my home. Arden is a professional, very polite, listens to what you need and gets right to it. Although the work performed by AV Pros was great - as mentioned with a few other reviews, Arden is not the most upfront with his pricing. We had worked out a deal for doing a camera/ethernet run for the house before the work started. Once the work started, the price started increasing (charges for wall ports, extra labor, etc.) It would have been better for Arden to be upfront with all the charges/work going to be done instead of adding charges as time went by (we decided not to do the cameras because of this but was too late to cancel the ethernet work.) Despite the good work - I would not call Arden again for any future jobs due to the lack of 'transparency' with his pricing. More...

I called AV Pros to see what the cost for an outside antenna installed on our roof. Â Arden quoted $250 and we scheduled an appointment. Â He called a few hours early and said he was free so I had him come over. Â He installed the antenna and ran the cable through the side of the house as requested.All the work was done well and he said there is a 1 yr warrantee on the installation which is great. Â The only issue I had was that he quoted me $250 for the installation on the phone but when he gave me the invoice after installation, it was for $325 which included $70 in hardware and wiring and tax. Â It would have been better to be clear up front that the $250 is for labor only and there are additional charges for materials (brackets, cable, etc). More...

We love helping people with their Home Entertainment and TV programming needs. We do first rate work and listen to the customers needs and desires. We like to make sure that the customer is happy with the results of our work and guarantee their satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked for high tech companies in Silicon Valley and just did not get the personal satisfaction that I get helping people with their home entertainment and home security needs.

They should choose us because we give personal service and on time delivery. We also do custom work and have hundreds of satisfied customers.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We always wear masks on site and wash our hands before touching anything in the house. Especially the remotes.
