Coach Chris is an incredible coach. He brings a holistic approach to fitness by incorporate exercises that will help prevent injuries, get you stronger, faster, and all while having fun. As a military veteran myself, I was impressed with the attention to detail to his craft. Coach Chris' services are top of the line. Having the right person by your side is crucial. I help my clients by the providing the latest science on optimal weight loss, strength and muscle gain. Nothing is cookie cutter, everything is tailored to specifics. I do fat loss not weight loss. Anyone can make you lose weight. I make sure it’s being done in a way that preserves or builds muscle. That’s my only goal. If I did anything other than that, I’ve failed as a fitness professional. I truly care about my clients. I teach you how to fish not just give you the fish. My goal isn’t to ever have someone for a life time. I show you so you can go on your own.

PNF is a stretching technique utilized to increase ROM and flexibility. PNF increases ROM by increasing the length of the muscle and increasing neuromuscular efficiency. PNF stretching has been found to increase ROM in trained, as well as untrained, individuals.

Performing a postural assessment allows you to look at a person's overall alignment and assess how their body is moving and functioning and how their muscles and joints work together. The purpose of this is to observe the person's posture and then interpret the implications of what is seen and prescribe workouts to fix the issue.

The Cardio/Strength classes aim to improve cardiovascular health, muscular strength, and endurance. These classes utilize a variety of equipment to help keep your fitness routine fun and fresh.
