I can't say enough good things about Apex Marketing Team.... We were skeptical about several things when it came to hiring a marketing team. ..because, let's face it..small businesses and especially start ups like mine have very small advertisement budgets and a small financial margin for error. I’m also very particular about how my company is portrayed and I’m a bit of a perfectionist… Prior to to hiring Apex our best video topped out at 620 views and I think 15 shares…and half of that was due to me pumping money into the video by boosting it for a week. The very first video that Apex Marketing Team took on for us gained over 800 views and 45 shares in under 24 hours…THAT’S POWERFUL REACH!! I’m typing this review 8 days after I originally posted the video and it is sitting at well over 1K views and 63 shares, ORGANICALLY!! To get those kind of results on our own, we would have had to spend waaaay more money boosting it with FB than we did by hiring Apex. I’m so pumped about it that I’m going to start boosting it now. What makes a great website?
Having a clear goal. We believe there is no reason to even have a website unless there is a specific result you want that website to achieve. We also have a third party (Bear Cognition) track the conversion rates on our sites. With the global average of website conversion at 1.96% (according to Google), our sites average a 7% conversion rate.

What inspired you to start your own business?
The story is simple. Our founder, Kyle Barker, has owned several businesses in the past. In his efforts to find quality marketing options for those businesses, he wasted thousands of dollars and even more costly, time and had no real luck. One example is an app that he had created and hired a marketing company for $20,000 to help launch the app. That company then went and bought land in Tennessee with the money and he never heard from them again. Apex was built, and operates daily, around the truth that marketing is effective and accountability is the cornerstone of that effectiveness. Using multiple companies to do multiple things leads to finger pointing with no real specific one to hold accountable. That is why Apex is a full stack marketing agency, meaning we handle it all so we are responsible for it all. This provides trust to our clients, and has led to a 94% client retention rate.

We do. We start each relationship with a virtual Google Meet video call to discuss the previously mentioned 5 questions. Then, if selected by the client, our project managers schedule an onboarding virtual meeting for us to layout the plan and key milestones. Meetings, support, and insight are always just a call or email away.

Switching to a more virtual based operation has lowered the risk to both clients and our teams.
