Brad and Jeff are excellent planners who are very comfortable and trustworthy because they are highly skilled, they understand the customer's needs accurately, they are friendly, and they know how to satisfy the customer.

Design of concepts from schematic ideas to fully defined permit/construction documents.
Feasibility Studies
We have a range of options for feasibility studies. Our minimum depth of study takes approximately 2-3 days for $750, where we explore land use, zoning, codes, and, on occasion, massing studies.
Permit Facilitation
We are experienced in all of the local permit office procedures for applying for building permits, change of use permits, and a variety of others available. We are not precluded to only working in Washington State, and we are able to work throughout the nation.
