I am very happy with this company. I had a very large bald-faced hornet nest hanging from my eaves. After a painful attempt to remove it myself, I called All Star Pest Management at 6 in the evening after finding them through a Google search. I really wanted to see the nest gone as quickly as possible. I spoke with Abdul who was very friendly and made an appointment for me for the next afternoon. But then he called back five minutes later to say that a technician could come out that evening. The technician showed up an hour later. He was very professional and knowledgeable and convinced me that it is wise to treat the nest and come back and remove it the next day. Recently, I came home to discover that I had a termite infestation and was panicked because I was scheduled to travel outside of the country the next morning. I can't say enough positive things about this company! Today, my kids saw a snake in the garage and they came same day and caught 2 huge black ratsnakes! They also set traps, blocked possible entry sites into my home and applied repellant. The technician, Ryan, went above and beyond by taking time to show my kids the snakes and answer my curious son's many questions about them. He triple checked every where around my home to see if he could find more. Ryan was professional thorough and friendly!
