My name is Daniel and I run my own fitness business based from my home studio. As well as helping clients to tone up and lose fat weight, I am also a running coach for those training for an event.

I can provide training programs both online and in-person, at my gym in Christchurch.

To start with, Daniel, an exceptional human being and an extraordinary Personal Trainer, who aided in redesigning my training program and helped me achieved my personal target in matter of weeks. He has the capacity to understand my requirements, strengths and weaknesses before he offered me with a tailor made package. Before becoming a Team Revival member, I used to feel stuck with my very own program of 2 hours a day workout. His knowledge of fitness is extremely well depth, Daniel, is remarkable considering he always has time for his clients. He is a good motivator, who empowered me with encouragements. All I can say is, you got to try it to further believe it.

Consistency. Above all things you have to be consistent and make a habit out if your lifestyle changes. Crash dieting and exercise won't maintain results.

Helping people feel successful and better about themselves. I lay the path but they have to walk it and do the work.

Starting my own business gave me the flexibility to be able to use all my skills. I'm a sports therapist, personal trainer, runner and running technique coach.
