Varsha has worked with over 90 clients and specializes in working with clients with Anxiety, Depression, and Relationship Issues

VarshaTherapy aims to offer the best quality of therapy. Our clients are our top priority hence we pay close attention to the quality of therapy along with confidentiality. VarshaTherapy follows the American (AAMFT) ethical standards of therapy.

About Varsha:

Varsha is an Individual, Couples, and Family therapist who has completed her Master's from The University of Akron (Ohio, USA). She has experience working with several individuals, couples, and families.


While in the US, she worked with clients from a versatile background and varied diagnosis like mild to severe depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, to name a few.

Varsha believes that any individual/couple/family can benefit from therapy.

In Varsha's eyes, therapy is a medium through which clients achieve a better version of themselves. It is her aim as a therapist to act as a bridge and help her clients achieve their personal goals.


Varsha's theoretical orientation: Gottman Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
