If there was an option to leave no stars, that's what I would have done. I requested a refund after purchasing a domain that I didn't use, and they denied my request. How can you possibly validate keeping someone's money for a service you didn't provide? I chose my domain name, paid for it, and then did nothing else that used this site. Honestly, hidden costs are bad enough but trying to get a human to help with anything is a nightmare. Cut off 3 times from CS with no call back today and if an overseas call centre answers please just hang up and call back again. Constant requests to repeat things and inconsistent answers.
