Mother’s Day was truly special this time . Apart from my lil one wishing me, there was a surprise in the form of a balloon decoration which was so beautifully executed by PartyOne. You can see how pretty the colours blended and how gorgeous the whole setup is. It hardly took an hour to finish the assembly by the vendor . All we need to do is let them know 36hours in advance and they will deliver and setup the whole thing. The balloons indeed did last for more than a week. I had a very terrible experience with partyone.in fellow.. When I contacted them via website, A person named Trilok contacted me and upon knowing the details, I went ahead and booked Decoration and Tatoo artist. . The decoration was below average, they didn't clean the place after decoration. And the Tatoo artist did not turn up to the party...When contacted the Trilok, he bluntly said, I can't do anything.. The artist is late.. My party was spoilt cause of these guys. I Just received a call from Trilok, on 20th May 4:15 PM, asking me to remove his name from the review, They are absolutely not apologetic for what they have done, but they call was to convince me to remove his name from google review. This is just ridicules. There was not a single call from morning from this team, only to call and ask to remove the nama. Response to the reply recieved from Partyone. Decoration issue: At 2PM : Decorator calls and asks if I can come early and go I have to go to the other party. My response: Please come at the mentioned time( 4PM) since there is already a party going on and the hall is not free 4:15 PM: Delayed by 15 mins, He comes and starts decorating, meantime he asks to arrange extension cords etc from us ,for which we had to run around. 5:30, when my husband asked him to check the lights and all, he says, please check by yourself sir I am getting late for another party and leaves venue. Issues with Tatoo Artist: Scheduled time was 6 PM and he doesn't turn up. I call Trilok at 6:30 PM asking where is the artist, he says will check and tell.I waited for him to call back, he didn't,I called him again and asked, Trilok told ma'am due to heavy the artist is delayed. He ll delayed. He also shares the number of artist. Then I recieved an another call from Tatoo artist ' he is delayed, as he had go for another party hell be there in another 45 mins. By now the time is ticking and is already 7:30. I called back to Trilok asking what's happening, he said ma'am I don't anything, I can't do anything, I have shared the artist number, please talk to him. After sometime, the artist WhatsApp me and say ' Sorry ma'am ' I left here ,and continued with the party . The show must go on. Next day, I waited for your call. None of called entire day or tried to explain what had happened. I decided to put the review, immediately Trilok calls me, and his first question was ma'am why have you added my name. None of you responded to me on the day of the event. None of you bothered check, if the artist has arrived. Only when the review was put, you guys decided to reply. When I disconnected the call saying, I am in the office, I can't talk to you. None of bothered to call again. Kindly do not do the reputation management by saying we have not taken money from you. The trauma that my daughter and I had gone on that day was more than rs 8.5 K. If you really want to grow as a business, have a wonderful team first who tries to resolve the issue right then, instead take their sweet time. More...
